摘要
目的探讨临床治疗肺心病使用“桃红四物汤与补肺汤加味合用”方案的有效性与安全性。方法选取研究对象为门诊收治的20例肺心病确诊患者。其中10例使用常规西医治疗方案者为对照组,另外10例增加使用桃红四物汤与补肺汤加味合用配合穴位按摩方案者为观察组。对比两组疗效。结果治疗后观察组的PaO、呼吸困难、咳嗽、胸闷气短等症状积分高于对照组,PaCO低于对照组,观察组的生理职能、精神健康等各项生活质量评分皆高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医药桃红四物汤与补肺汤加味合用配合穴位按摩可以进一步强化肺心病疗效,减少疾病以及相关并发症发生率,避免严重影响个人的生活质量。
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of the"Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Bufei Decoction"in the clinical treatment of pulmonary heart disease.Methods The research subjects were 20 patients with confirmed pulmonary heart disease admitted to the outpatient clinic.Among them,10 cases were treated with conventional western medicine as the control group,and the other 10 cases were additionally treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction and Bufei Decoction combined with acupoint massage program as the observation group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of PaO,dyspnea,cough,chest tightness and shortness of breath in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while PaCOwas lower than that in the control group.The scores of physiological functions,mental health and other quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Taohong Siwu Decoction and Bufei Decoction combined with acupoint massage can further strengthen the curative effect of cor pulmonale,reduce the incidence of diseases and related complications,and avoid seriously affecting the quality of life of individuals.
