摘要
目的初步观察尤瑞克林联合胞磷胆碱钠对急性脑梗死患者神经功能恢复及炎症水平的影响。方法选取蚌埠医学院第一附属医院2020年1月-2021年6月收治的90例住院治疗的急性脑梗死患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组各45例。对照组患者予以常规治疗及尤瑞克林静脉注射,研究组患者在对照组治疗措施的基础上联合胞磷胆碱钠注射液治疗,治疗前及治疗3周后两组患者均通过Barthel指数(BI)、欧洲卒中量表(ESS)评分及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分评估临床疗效,并采用酶联免疫吸附法检测外周血血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素(IL)-6及IL-8水平并进行对比。结果治疗3周后研究组患者NIHSS评分较对照组显著降低,BI评分及ESS评分明显升高,且hs-CRP、IL-6与IL-8水平显著低于对照组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尤瑞克林联合胞磷胆碱钠治疗急性脑梗死可有效进一步改善患者的日常生活能力和神经功能,可能通过下调炎症反应水平促进患者恢复。
Objective To observe the effect of ureline combined with citicoline sodium on neurological function recovery and inflammation in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into study group and control group by random number table method(45 cases in each group).Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment and intravenous injection of uriclinin,while patients in the research group were treated with syncytidocholine sodium injection on the basis of the treatment measures of the control group.Clinical efficacy was evaluated by Barthel index(BI),European Stroke Scale(ESS)score and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score before treatment and 3 weeks after treatment.Serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and IL-8 levels in peripheral blood were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results After 3 weeks of treatment,NIHSS score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,BI score and ESS score were significantly higher,and hs-CRP,IL-6 and IL-8 levels were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Uricline combined with citicoline sodium in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can effectively further improve the daily living ability and neurological function of patients,and may promote the recovery of patients by down-regulating the level of inflammatory response.
