摘要
目的探讨无痛分娩技术在孕妇分娩过程中的作用。方法本研究开展时间段为2019年1月-2021年2月,实验对象为珠海市斗门区妇幼保健院收治的孕妇(n=60),按随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=30)采用常规分娩法分娩,观察组(n=30)采用无痛分娩技术分娩,比较两组孕妇的分娩情况、产程时间、镇痛效果、并发症发生率。结果观察组自然分娩率76.67%明显高于对照组50.00%,剖宫产率16.67%明显低于对照组40.00%(P<0.05)。观察组第一产程时间、第二产程时间以及总产程时间与对照组比较,前者均明显少于后者(P<0.05)。两组孕妇镇痛总有效率分别为90.00%、16.67%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为13.33%,对照组为36.66%,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用无痛分娩技术,不仅能减轻孕妇在分娩过程中的疼痛程度,还能提高自然分娩率,缩短孕妇的产程时间,降低孕妇发生并发症的概率,且具有较高的安全性,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the role of painless delivery technology in the delivery process of pregnant women.Methods The study was carried out from January 2019 to February 2021.The experimental subjects were pregnant women admitted to our hospital(n=60).They were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The delivery situation,labor duration,analgesic effect and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The natural delivery rate of the observation group was 76.67%higher than that of the control group 50.00%,and the cesarean section rate was 16.67%lower than that of the control group 40.00%(P<0.05).The first labor time,the second labor time and the total labor time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of analgesia in the two groups was 90.00%and 16.67%,respectively,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 13.33%in the observation group and 36.66%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Painless delivery technology can not only reduce the pain degree of pregnant women in the process of delivery,but also improve the rate of natural delivery,shorten the time of labor,reduce the probability of complications in pregnant women,and has a high safety,worthy of clinical application.
