摘要
目的探索早产合并胎膜早破对产妇与早产儿的影响因素。方法研究以韶关市妇幼保健院2020年1月-2021年11月收治的早产产妇80例为研究对象,按照产妇是否出现胎膜早破情况将产妇划分为观察组与对照组,其中40例产妇为早产合并胎膜早破(观察组),40例产妇为早产产妇(对照组),观察两组产妇心理焦虑抑郁评分、生活质量评分、分娩方式以及产后出血情况,计算不良妊娠结局发生率。结果观察组产妇剖宫产发生率47.50%、对照组27.50%,统计学差异明显(P<0.05),观察组产后出血率12.50%、对照组2.50%,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局22.50%、对照组7.50%,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇心理焦虑抑郁SAS评分、SDS评分与对照组对比存在显著差异(P<0.05)。观察组产妇各项生活质量评分相比对照组差异显著,统计学明显(P<0.05)。结论早产合并胎膜早破对产妇产生的影响较为明显,可造成不良妊娠结局,增大产后出血概率,威胁产妇与新生儿安全,造成严重的后果,需要加强重视力度。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of prematurity combined with premature fetal membrane rupture on maternal and preterm infants.Methods The study from January 2020 to November 2021 premature maternal 80 cases as the research object,according to whether maternal fetal premature rupture is divided into observation and control,including 40 maternal for premature with premature rupture(observation group),40 women for premature maternal(control group),to observe maternal psychological anxiety depression score,quality of life score,delivery and postpartum bleeding,calculate the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome of the two groups.Results Maternal incidence of cesarean section was 47.50%,27.50%,with significant statistics(P<0.05),postpartum bleeding rate was 12.50%,2.50%,with significant data difference(P<0.05).Bad pregnancy outcome was 22.50%and 7.50%of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The maternal psychological anxiety and depression SAS score and SDS score varied significantly from the control group(P<0.05).The maternal quality of life scores varied significantly compared with the control group,and were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Premature rupture has an obvious impact on maternal,which can cause adverse pregnancy outcome,increase the probability of postpartum bleeding,threaten maternal and neonatal safety,and cause serious consequences,which need to be strengthened.
