摘要
目的观察内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者中应用优质护理干预的临床效果分析。方法将在我院就诊(2019年1月-2021年4月)收治内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦炎鼻息肉为诊断的60例患者,根据患者的入院时间顺序分为对照组和研究组,每组各30例,其中的30例患者实施常规的护理干预为对照组,另外30例患者则接受优质护理干预为研究组。比较两组患者在护理前、后对疾病的应对方式评分,术后症状消失时间,术后并发症及患者对护理的满意率比较。结果两组护理前对疾病的应对态度评分相比,差异无意义(P>0.05)。护理后对疾病的应对态度评分中积极态度如面对、乐观、情感宣泄、依靠自我的评分较护理前提升,研究组高于对照组,而消极方式如逃避、宿命、姑息、寻求支持较护理前下降,研究组低于对照组,差异有意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理后鼻痒、流涕、喷嚏、鼻塞、鼻甲肿胀消失时间明显短于对照组,差异有意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理后并发症发生率更低,护理总满意率更高,差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论在内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的护理中,应用优质护理的干预措施,可以较为明显地改变患者对疾病的应对方式,从消极应对转变为积极面对,进而可以缩短术后症状的消失时间,减轻不适,减少并发症的发生,获得更高的护理满意率,效果理想。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of high quality nursing intervention in endoscopic surgery for patients with sinusitis and polyps.Methods 60 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps diagnosed by endoscopic surgery in our hospital(from January 2019 to April 2021)were divided into two groups according to the admission time sequence of patients,30 patients in each group were treated with routine nursing intervention as the control group,and the other 30 patients were treated with high-quality nursing intervention as the study group.The scores of coping style,the time of symptom disappearance,the postoperative complications and the satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups in the score of disease coping attitude before nursing.The scores of positive attitude such as face,optimism,emotional catharsis and self-reliance were higher in the study group than those in the control group,while the scores of negative ways such as escape,fatalism,palliative care and seeking support were lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the disappearance time of nasal itching,runny nose,sneezing,nasal congestion and turbinate swelling in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was lower and the total satisfaction rate was higher in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps treated by endoscopic surgery,the application of high-quality nursing intervention measures can significantly change the coping style of patients with the disease,from negative coping to positive coping,which can shorten the disappearance time of postoperative symptoms,reduce discomfort,reduce the occurrence of complications,and obtain higher nursing satisfaction rate with ideal effect.
