摘要
目的分析人性化护理在阑尾炎手术护理中对护理满意度的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2020年12月在我院接受手术治疗的160例急性阑尾炎患者,随机分为常规护理组(80例,采用常规护理模式)和人性化护理组(80例,采用人性化护理模式),对两组患者手术指征(指标包括手术操作时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间)、护理效果(指标包括疼痛评分、满意度评分)、生活质量评分(指标包括活力评分、机体疼痛、躯体功能、生理职能、一般健康、社会功能、精神健康、情绪角色)、并发症发生率进行对比分析。结果人性化护理组手术操作时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间明显短于常规护理组(P<0.05),疼痛评分比常规护理组明显更低(P<0.05),躯体功能等生活质量评分、满意度评分均明显比常规护理组更高(P<0.05),人性化护理组并发症发生率(2.5%)与常规护理组(20.0%)相比显著更低(P<0.05)。结论在阑尾炎手术护理中实施人性化护理能有效提高护理满意度,并能够显著缩短手术操作时间,降低患者的疼痛程度,减少并发症发生,从而提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the impact of humanized nursing on nursing satisfaction during appendicitis surgery.Methods A selection of 160 patients with acute appendicitis who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into a conventional care group(80 cases,using conventional nursing mode)and a humanized care group(80 cases,using humanized nursing mode),the two groups of patients with surgical indications(indicators include operation time,anal exhaust time,hospitalization time),nursing effect(indicators include pain score,satisfaction score),quality of life score(indicators include vitality score,body pain,physical function,physiological function,general health,social function,mental health,emotional role),and the incidence of complications were compared and analyzed.Results The operation time,anus exhaust time,and hospitalization time in the humanized nursing group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05),and the pain score was significantly lower than that in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).The physical function and other quality of life scores were satisfactory.Degree scores were significantly higher than those in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the humanized care group(2.5%)was significantly lower than that in the usual care group(20.0%).Conclusion The implementation of humanized nursing in appendicitis surgical nursing can effectively improve nursing satisfaction,and can significantly shorten the operation time,reduce the pain of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.
