摘要
目的消化内镜治疗中应用无痛胃镜的术后护理观察。方法选取我院2019年8月-2020年7月接受无痛胃镜术患者144例,按照交叉双盲法分为两组,对照组72例患者实施常规护理干预,观察组72例患者实施细致化护理干预。根据焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对比两组患者干预前后负面情绪评分。对比两组护理满意度。结果对两组患者干预前后的不良情绪进行对比,发现相较于干预前两组患者的不良情绪来说,患者干预后的情绪状况有明显恢复,而实验组患者的恢复质量明显优于对照组,组间经对于分析差异显著(P<0.05)。同时在研究结果中发现,观察组患者的护理满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者经对比发现对照组患者的治疗后,总有效率为80.56%,低于观察组的95.83%,数据对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论本次研究对无痛胃镜术后患者实施细致化护理干预,可有效消除患者负面情绪,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective To observe postoperative nursing of painless gastroscope in treatment of digestive endoscopy.Methods The paper chose 144 patients with painless gastroscopy in our hospital from August 2019 to July 2020,and divide them into two groups according to cross double-blind method.72 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing intervention and 72 cases in observation group with meticulous nursing intervention.According to self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self rating depression scale(SDS),negative emotion scores between two groups before and after intervention were compared,and nursing satisfaction degree between two groups was compared.Results Comparing bad emotions of two groups before and after intervention,it was found that emotional status of patients after intervention recovered more significantly than before,recovery quality in experimental group was significantly better than control group,with significant difference between groups,(P<0.05).At the same time,it was found that nursing satisfaction degree in observation group was significantly better than control group,(P<0.05);After comparison between two groups,it was found that total effective rate of control group was 80.56%,lower than 95.83%of observation group,data comparison difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion Meticulous nursing intervention can effectively eliminate negative emotions of patients after painless gastroscopy and improve their nursing satisfaction degree.
