摘要
目的分析研究化疗药物对医务人员职业危害与防护措施。方法将2019年1月-2020年1月在本院肿瘤科室的医务人员和其他科室的医务人员本次研究的对象,肿瘤科室的40例医务人员列为观察组;其他科室的40例医务人员列为对照组;对比分析两组医务人员的职业危害。结果对比职业危害发生:对比分析两组医务人员的职业危害发生情况,主要从骨髓抑制、生殖功能受损、脱发、鼻黏膜干燥、肝功能损伤等情况进行分析,观察组患者的骨髓抑制、生殖功能受损、脱发、鼻黏膜干燥、肝功能损伤等职业危害发生情况明显高于对照组,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院应该加强化疗防护知识宣传,提高医务人员自身的防护意识,建立健全的防护体制,为肿瘤科医务人员提供安全的工作环境,进而减少肿瘤科有人员的职业危害。
Objective To analyze and study the occupational hazards and protective measures of chemotherapy drugs to medical staff.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,medical staff in the oncology department of our hospital and medical staff in other departments were included in this study.Forty medical staff in the oncology department were included in the observation group.Forty medical staff in other departments were included in the observation group.The personnel were classified as the control group.The occupational hazards of the two groups of medical personnel were compared and analyzed.Results Comparing the occurrence of occupational hazards:A comparative analysis of the occurrence of occupational hazards of the two groups of medical staff,mainly from bone marrow suppression,impaired reproductive function,hair loss,dry nasal mucosa,liver function damage and other conditions,the occupational hazards of bone marrow inhibition,reproductive function damage,hair loss,dry nasal mucosa and liver function injury in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital should strengthen the propaganda of chemotherapy protection knowledge,improve the protection awareness of medical staff,establish a sound protection system,and provide a safe working environment for medical staff in the oncology department,thereby reducing the occupational hazards of personnel in the oncology department.
