摘要
目的研究肛肠手术后并发症的有效治疗措施与效果。方法选取2015年10月-2020年10月本科接诊肛肠手术后并发症病患50例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各25例。研究组采取中西医结合疗法,对照组行常规西医治疗。对比sf-36评分等指标。结果针对总有效率,研究组96.00%,比对照组80.00%高(P<0.05)。针对sf-36评分,研究组出院时(87.21±4.86)分,优于对照组(80.51±5.03)分(P<0.05)。结论于肛肠手术后并发症中运用中西医结合疗法,利于疾病的控制、生活质量的改善。
Objective To study effective treatment and effect of complications after anorectal surgery.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with complications after anorectal surgery from October 2015 to October 2020,and divided them into study group and control group randomly,with 25 cases in each group.Study group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and control group with routine western medicine.SF-36 scores and other indicators were compared.Results Total effective rate was 96.00%in study group,higher than 80.00%in control group(P<0.05).SF-36 scores in study group at discharge(87.21±4.86)were better than control group(80.51±5.03)(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in complications after anorectal surgery is conducive to control of diseases and the improvement of life quality.
