摘要
目的分析在新时期医院卫生管理中,应用持续质量改进措施对于管理的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2020年1月天津市滨海新区塘沽大华医院门诊接诊的患者50例进行分析,将这些患者按照持续质量改进措施实施前后分为两组,其中2019年1~6月收治的患者25例(未实施持续质量改进措施)作为对照组,2019年7月-2020年1月收治的25例患者(实施持续质量改进措施)作为观察组。对比两组管理情况,包括医护人员的卫生管理水平、细节化管理、安全管理、服务能力及综合素质评分。对比两组的无菌操作规范率、手卫生合格率及手卫生执行率。对比两组满意度。结果观察组医护人员的卫生管理水平、细节化管理、安全管理、服务能力及综合素质评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组无菌操作规范率、手卫生合格率及手卫生执行率均比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组患者的满意度明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论在医院卫生管理工作中,通过持续质量改进措施的实施能有效规范医院的卫生管理工作,减少卫生不良事件的发生,能促进卫生管理质量水平的提升,效果显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the impact of continuous quality improvement measures on hospital health management in the new era.Methods Fifty patients in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected for analysis,and they were divided into two groups according to the implementation of continuous quality improvement measures,25 patients in the control group from January 2019 to June(without continuous quality improvement measures),25 patients(implementation of continuous quality improvement measures)from July 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the observation group.The management of the two groups was compared,including the level of health management,detailed management,safety management,service capabilities and comprehensive quality scores of medical staff.The aseptic operation standard rate,hand hygiene qualification rate and hand hygiene implementation rate of the two groups were compared.Compare the satisfaction of the two groups.Results The scores of health management level,detailed management,safety management,service ability and comprehensive quality of medical staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The standard rate of aseptic operation,qualified rate of hand hygiene and implementation rate of hand hygiene in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the hospital health management,the implementation of continuous quality improvement measures can effectively regulate the hospital health management,reduce the occurrence of adverse health events,and promote the improvement of health management quality level,with significant effect,which is worthy of popularization and application.
