摘要
目的探讨痰湿中阻型眩晕患者选用化痰清眩汤联合氟桂利嗪治疗的价值。方法选取甘肃省民勤县人民医院2019年1月至2020年2月收治的82例痰湿中阻型眩晕患者研究,按随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照组,各41例,对照组选用氟桂利嗪治疗,治疗组选用氟桂利嗪+化痰清眩汤治疗,对比临床疗效、不良反应发生率、中医症候积分。结果治疗组临床疗效明显高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组中医症候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痰湿中阻型眩晕患者选用化痰清眩汤联合氟桂利嗪治疗对降低眩晕、肩颈痛、头痛等中医症候积分,提高临床疗效效果更理想。
Objective To explore value of phlegm reducing and vertigo clearing decoction combined with flunarizine in treatment of vertigo of phlegm dampness resistance type.Methods The paper chose 82 cases phlegm dampness resistance type vertigo patients from January 2019 to February 2020 for study,and divided them into treatment group and control group randomLy,41 cases in each group.Control group was treated with flunarizine,and treatment group with flunarizine+phlegm reducing and vertigo clearing decoction.Clinical effect,incidence of adverse reactions and TCM syndrome scores were compared.Results Clinical effect of treatment group was significantly higher than control group,with significant difference.(P<0.05).Adverse reactions incidence showed no difference between treatment and control group(P>0.05).TCM symptom scores of treatment group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Phlegm reducing and vertigo clearing decoction combined with flunarizine can achieve ideal effect in treatment of vertigo patients of phlegm dampness resistance type,including reducing TCM syndrome scores of vertigo,shoulder and neck pains,headache and improving clinical curative effect.
