摘要
目的分析盐酸美金刚治疗帕金森病痴呆的临床效果。方法选2018年1月至2020年12月40例帕金森痴呆患者进行研究,采用随机数表法分为观察组(20例,盐酸美金刚)与对照组(20例,盐酸多奈哌齐)。对比患者临床疗效、日常生活能力、不良反应。结果治疗前,两组患者Mo-CA、MMSE评分差异较小(P>0.05),无统计学意义,治疗后,观察组患者Mo-CA、MMSE评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义;治疗前,两组患者生活能力差异较小(P>0.05),无统计学意义,治疗后,观察组患者生活能力显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论帕金森是临床中较为常见的疾病,对老年患者健康与生存质量会造成较为严重的影响。传统治疗中采用盐酸多奈哌齐对患者进行治疗,对患者疗效较差,不利于患者康复,同时会伴有较为严重的不良反应,严重影响患者健康。在本次研究中表明,对患者使用盐酸对奈哌齐进行治疗,患者并发症相对较高,同时对患者和治疗效果与生活能力影响较差,对患者预后造成不利影响。盐酸美金刚是当前临床中较为常用的治疗药物,可有效提高患者治疗效果,改善患者日常生活能力,提高对患者治疗安全性,值得广泛推广使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of memantine hydrochloride in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease dementia.Methods A total of 40 patients with Parkinson’s dementia from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into observation group(20 cases,memantine hydrochloride)and control group(20 cases,donepezil hydrochloride)by random number table method.The clinical efficacy,daily living ability and adverse reactions of the patients were compared.Results Before treatment,there was little difference in Mo-CA and MMSE scores between the two groups(P>0.05),but after treatment,the scores of Mo-CA and MMSE in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Before treatment,there was little difference in living ability between the two groups(P>0.05),but after treatment,the living ability of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion Parkinson’s disease is a common disease in clinical practice,which has a serious impact on the health and quality of life of elderly patients.In the traditional treatment,donepezil hydrochloride is used for the treatment of patients,which has poor efficacy and is not conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.At the same time,there will be more serious adverse reactions,seriously affecting the health of patients.In this study,it was shown that the use of hydrochloric acid in the treatment of patients with nepezil resulted in relatively high complications,poor effects on patients,treatment effect and living ability,and adverse effects on the prognosis of patients.Memantine hydrochloride is a commonly used therapeutic drug in clinical practice,which can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients,improve the ability of daily life of patients,and improve the safety of treatment for patients.Therefore,it is worthy of wide promotion and use.
