摘要
目的本文主要针对高血压脑出血患者在进行医治的过程当中,使用微创穿刺引流术产生的效果。方法选取我院2014年8月至2019年8月收治的60例高血压脑出血患者,所有的患者需要按照手术的方法,分成实验组和对照组,每组患者30例,其中对照组病患使用的是开颅血肿清除术,实验组患者则是使用微创穿刺引流术,最后对两组患者的医治有效率和并发症发生情况进行对比分析。结果通过对比分析可以发现实验组患者的医治有效率明显优于对照组的患者(P<0.05);术后并发症发生率则明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用微创穿刺引流术进行医治,可以给予高血压脑出血患者更好地医治效果并减少并发症的发生概率,从而改善患者的生活质量和预后情况。
Objective The paper explores effect of minimally invasive puncture and drainage in treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods It chose 60 cases hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2019.According to operation method,patients were divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with craniotomy hematoma clearance,while experimental group with minimally invasive puncture drainage.Finally,treatment effect and complications between two groups was compared and analyzed.Results Comparative analysis found,treatment effect of experimental group was significantly better than control group,incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than control group.Conclusion Minimally invasive puncture drainage can achieve better curative effect on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients,reduce incidence of complications,and improve life quality and prognosis of patients.
