摘要
目的研究车祸所致多发性骨损伤病人应用院前急救模式的效果。方法将本院自2018年1月至2019年12月收治的250例车祸所致多发性骨损伤患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据不同救治模式进行分组,每组125例。给予参照组常规急诊救治模式,给予实验组院前急救模式,对比两组救治患者时间、救治效果和各项指标。结果对比救治患者时间,实验组各项救治患者时间均优于参照组(P<0.05);对比救治效果,实验组抢救成功率(100.00%)、满意度(99.20%)和医患纠纷发生率(0.80%)均优于参照组(P<0.05);对比各项指标及评分,实验组生命体征恢复时间(6.03±1.72)天、住院时间(11.42±2.03)天,参照组生命体征恢复时间(9.89±2.03)天、住院时间(16.75±2.45)天,实验组明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在为车祸所致多发性骨损伤患者救治时,应用院前急救模式能够加快出诊时间,并做出相应救治措施,为院内救治预留更多时间,增加抢救成功率,提升家属满意度和减少医护纠纷,值得推广和应用。
Objective To study the effect of prehospital first aid model in patients with multiple bone injuries caused by car accident.Methods The clinical data of 250 patients with multiple bone injury caused by car accident from January 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The routine emergency treatment mode of the reference group and the pre-hospital first aid mode of the experimental group were given,and the time and effect of the two groups were compared.Results The experimental group was better than the reference group(P<0.05),the success rate(100.00%),satisfaction(99.20%)and the incidence of doctor-patient disputes(0.80%)were better than the reference group(P<0.05);The recovery time of vital signs(6.03±1.72)days,hospitalization time(11.42±2.03)days,recovery time(9.89±2.03)days,hospitalization time(16.75±2.45)days were better than those of reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with multiple bone injury caused by car accident,the application of prehospital first aid model can speed up the visit time,and make corresponding treatment measures,reserve more time for hospital treatment,increase the success rate of rescue,Improve family satisfaction and reduce medical disputes,worthy of promotion and application.
