摘要
随着我国"健康中国2020"战略思想的不断深入,全民健康理念已被越来越多的人所重视。社区医疗作为我国医疗卫生服务的重要组成部分,承担着居民疾病预防、疾病控制和健康教育的重任。本文以提升社区医疗健康服务水平与居民认同度为出发点,通过分析当前社区医疗健康服务面临的困境和存在的问题,提出政府加强人才建设,调整当前医疗资源配置,完善医保相关政策;社区医疗机构构建"家庭医生"双向问诊模式,开发社区医疗健康服务平台等相应措施,以此为社区医疗更好的服务于大众提供理论借鉴。
With the continuous deepening of my country’s"Healthy China 2020"strategic thinking,the concept of national health has been valued by more and more people.As an important part of my country’s medical health services,community medical care is responsible for disease prevention,disease control and education of health.It is responsible for disease prevention,disease control and education for residents.This paper takes the improvement of community medical health service level and residents’recognition as the starting point,and analyzes the current difficulties and existing problems of community medical and health services,proposing that the government should strengthen the construction of talents;adjust the current medical resource allocation and improve medical related insurance policies;community medical institutions should build"Family Doctors"two-way consultation model;development of community medical health service platforms measures.In this way,these measures are conducive to provide theoretical reference for community medical services to better serve the public.
