摘要
目的探究在高血压患者的治疗中应用半夏白术天麻汤联合泽泻汤治疗的临床价值。方法对2019年10月至2020年10月我院进行治疗的高血压患者46例展开研究,采取随机原则将46例患者划分为两组,即对照组(23例)与观察组(23例),前者应用常规治疗,后者在常规治疗基础上应用半夏白术天麻汤联合泽泻汤治疗,对两组患者治疗后的病情恢复效果进行对比分析。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.65%,相比于对照组的73.91%明显更高,两组数据相差较大(P<0.05);在治疗前两组患者的SBP、DBP血压水平比较差异较小(P>0.05),经过治疗后,两组的SBP、DBP血压水平均有所下降,且观察组与对照组相比均更优异,两组数据相差较大(P<0.05);在治疗前两组患者的全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度指标相比较差异较小(P>0.05),经过治疗后,两组的各项血液流变学指标均有所下降,且观察组与对照组相比明显更低,两组比较相差较大(P<0.05)。结论在高血压患者的治疗中,在常规治疗基础上加用半夏白术天麻汤联合泽泻汤治疗可促进患者的血压水平尽快恢复到正常范围,促进相关症状改善,同时还可以促进患者的血液流变学指标得到有效改善,值得积极应用。
Objective To explore the clinical value of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Zexie Decoction in the treatment of hypertension.Methods Forty-six cases of patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were studied.They were randomly divided into two groups:the control group (23 cases) and the observation group (23 cases),the former was treated with conventional treatment,while the latter was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Zexie Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment,the recovery effect of two groups of patients after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (73.91%).There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Before treatment,SBP and DBP blood pressure levels of the two groups were not significantly different (P>0.05).After treatment,SBP and DBP blood pressure levels of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was better than the control group.The data of the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05).Before treatment,there was a small difference in the indicators of high whole blood viscosity and low whole blood viscosity between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the indicators of hemorheology of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with hypertension,Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Zexie Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment can promote the blood pressure level of patients to return to the normal range as soon as possible,promote the improvement of related symptoms,and promote the effective improvement of hemorheology indexes of patients,which is worthy of active application.
