摘要
目的分析口腔正畸结合修复治疗在错[牙合]伴牙列缺损患者的临床效果。方法此次的研究对象为我院收入的错[牙合]伴牙列缺损患者,收入时间均在2018年10月至2020年9月,入选患者共78例,其中39例接受常规修复治疗的患者纳入对照组,另外39例接受口腔正畸结合修复治疗的患者纳入研究组。对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、牙周健康情况(龈沟出血指数、牙周探诊深度、牙齿松动度)、牙齿功能(咀嚼功能评分、牙齿舒适度和协调美观评分)。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。经治疗后,两组患者的龈沟出血指数、牙周探诊深度、牙齿松动度均降低,且研究组患者的低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗前的咀嚼功能评分、牙齿舒适度和协调美观评分无显著差异(P>0.05),经过治疗后,两组患者的咀嚼功能评分、牙齿舒适度和协调美观评分均升高,且研究组患者的高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在错[牙合]伴牙列缺损患者的治疗中采取口腔正畸结合修复治疗具有显著效果,能有效改善患者的咀嚼功能,提高患者的牙齿舒适度和美观度,保持牙周健康。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Orthodontics combined with prosthodontics in patients with malocclusion and dentition defect.Methods The subjects of this study were patients with malocclusion and dentition defect in our hospital.The income time was from October 2018 to September 2020.A total of 78 patients were selected,of which 39 patients receiving conventional prosthetic treatment were included in the control group,and the other 39 patients receiving orthodontic combined with prosthetic treatment were included in the study group.The total effective rate,periodontal health(gingival sulcus bleeding index,periodontal probing depth,tooth mobility),tooth function(chewing function score,tooth comfort and coordination beauty score)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the gingival sulcus bleeding index,periodontal probing depth and tooth mobility of the two groups were decreased,and those of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the masticatory function score,tooth comfort and coordination aesthetic score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the masticatory function score,tooth comfort and coordination aesthetic score of the two groups increased,and the score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with malocclusion and dentition defect,orthodontic combined with prosthetic treatment has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the chewing function of patients,improve the comfort and beauty of patients’teeth,and maintain periodontal health.
