摘要
目的分析利巴韦林气雾剂联合甘草锌治疗41例疱疹性口腔炎的疗效。方法对我院2019年8月至2020年8月收治的疱疹性口腔炎的患者进行筛选,选择82例作为本次研究的对象,按照入院号尾号随机分组。对照组41例,采用利巴韦林气雾剂治疗;观察组41例,采用利巴韦林气雾剂联合甘草锌治疗。治疗5日后,比较两组患者疱疹溃疡消失时间、食欲好转时间、退热时间、治疗总有效率以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者疱疹溃疡消失时间、食欲好转时间、退热时间分别为(3.10±0.35)日、(2.70±0.31)日、(2.30±0.42)日,不良反应发生率为2.44%,治疗总有效率为95.12%,均优于对照组,与对照组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论利巴韦林气雾剂联合甘草锌治疗疱疹性口腔炎的疗效优于单一用药的效果,有利于缩短患者症状缓解时间,安全性良好。
Objective To analyzed effect of ribavirin aerosol combined with glycyrrhizin in treatment of 41 cases of herpetic stomatitis.Methods We chose 82 cases of herpetic stomatitis patients admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 as study subjects,according to admission number,divided them into two groups randomly.41 cases in control group were treated with ribavirin aerosol;and 41 cases in observation group with ribavirin aerosol combined with licorice zinc.After 5 days of treatment,compared disappearance time of herpes ulcers,appetite improvement time,fever reduction time,total effective rate,and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups.Results Disappearance time of herpes ulcers,appetite improvement time,fever reduction time in observation group were(3.10±0.35)days,(2.70±0.31)days,and(2.30±0.42)days respectively.Incidence of adverse reactions was 2.44%,with effective rate of 95.12%,which were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ribavirin aerosol combined with glycyrrhizinate can shorten symptom relief time of herpetic stomatitis patients with good safety.
