摘要
目的探析经尿道等离子前列腺电切术(TUPKP)应用于良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的临床价值。方法取2018年1月至2019年12月本院泌尿外科收治的36例BPH患者为研究对象,根据不同临床手术方案进行分组,对照组(20例)行经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗,观察组(16例)行TUPKP治疗,观察两组前列腺症状评分及生活质量改善情况。结果①两组患者治疗前后临床评价积分对比:两组治疗前临床评价积分无统计学差异(P>0.05),手术治疗后,观察组的临床评价积分明显低于对照组,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。②不同术式治疗的安全性评价对比:观察组的安全性评价明显优于对照组,其总不良反应发生率(6.25%)明显低于对照组(35.00%),两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 TUPKP治疗BPH临床效果显著,可有效改善尿频、排尿踌躇、排尿不尽等下尿路症状,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical value of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate(TUPKP)in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods Thirty six patients with BPH admitted to the department of urology of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to different clinical operation schemes,the control group(20 cases)was treated with transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP),and the observation group(16 cases)was treated with TUPKP.Results①Comparison of clinical evaluation scores before and after treatment:there was no significant difference in clinical evaluation scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After operation,the clinical evaluation scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).②Comparison of safety evaluation of different surgical treatment:the safety evaluation of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions(6.25%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(35.00%).There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of TUPKP in the treatment of BPH is significant,which can effectively improve the lower urinary tract symptoms such as frequency of urination,urinary hesitation and incomplete urination,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
