摘要
目的分析探讨临床合理用药管理在西药使用中的应用价值。方法选取我院2019年2月至2019年8月实行合理用药管理前后阶段开具的240张西药药方作为研究对象。采用电脑随机分组方式分为研究组(120例)及对照组(120例),对照组数据为实行合理用药管理前采集,研究组数据为临床合理用药管理后采集。对比两组医患纠纷发生例数、用药情况及不良反应情况。结果对照组研究数据显示,实行合理用药管理前医患纠纷发生例数为38例;用药情况88例;不良反应29例;满意例数86例。研究组研究数据显示,实行合理用药管理后医患纠纷发生例数为16例;用药情况109例;不良反应7例;满意例数101例。研究组纠纷发生例数、用药情况、不良反应情况及满意度均优于对照组。P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。研究组在滥用抗生素、重复用药、联合用药不当、用药方法不当等明显低于对照组,而整体合理用药则明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论临床合理用药管理在西药使用中能够有效降低医患纠纷发生例数及不良反应例数,提高用药效果及满意度,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze and explore application value of clinical rational drug use management in western medicine.Methods We chose 240 western medicine prescriptions issued by our hospital from February 2019 to August 2019 for study.With computer randomized grouping method,divided them into study group(120 cases)and control group(120 cases).Control group data was collected before rational drug use management,and study group data after clinical rational drug use management.Compared numbers of medical disputes,medication use and adverse reactions between two groups.Results Data of control group showed that before rational medication management,numbers of medical disputes were 38 cases;medication use 88 cases;adverse reactions 29 cases;satisfactory cases 86 cases.The data of research group showed that after rational drug use management,there were 16 cases of doctor-patient disputes;109 cases of medication use;7 cases of adverse reactions;and 101 cases of satisfactory cases.Numbers of disputes,medication use adverse reactions and satisfaction in study group were better than those in control group.P<0.05,difference was statistically significant.Abuse of antibiotics,repeated medication,improper combination medication,improper medication method,etc.in study group were significantly lower than those in control group,overall rational medication was significantly higher than that in control group,P<0.05,difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Clinical rational drug use management can reduce numbers of medical disputes and adverse reactions for western medicine effectively,and improve efficiency and satisfaction of drug use,which is worthy of clinical application.
