摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断四肢血管栓塞的临床意义。方法选取本院2018年12月至2019年12月收治的疑似四肢血管栓塞患者200例,所有患者均需进行彩色多普勒超声检查,根据血管造影回顾分析超声诊断结果语图像特征。结果结合血管造影结果,200例患者经彩超判断为四肢血管栓塞176例(上肢血管栓塞31例、下肢血管栓塞145例)、非四肢血管栓塞24例,诊断准确率100.00%,且四肢血管栓塞患者CFV、SFV、PTV、MGV等内径明显大于非四肢血管栓塞(P<0.05),两者POV内径比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断四肢血管栓塞的临床意义较深,能清晰显示出四肢血管栓塞位置,准确判断四肢血管栓塞类型,可指导制定科学的诊治方案。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of limb vascular embolism.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,200 patients with suspected vascular embolism of extremities were selected.All patients need color Doppler ultrasound,and the image features of ultrasonic diagnosis results were analyzed according to angiography.Results According to the results of angiography,176 cases of vascular embolism of extremities(31 cases of vascular embolism of upper extremities,145 cases of vascular embolism of lower extremities)and 24 cases of vascular embolism of non extremities were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound.The diagnostic accuracy was 100%.The diameters of CFV,SFV,PTV and MGV of vascular embolism of extremities were significantly larger than those of vascular embolism of non extremities(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the diameters of POV between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical significance of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of limb vascular embolism is deep,which can clearly show the location of limb vascular embolism,accurately determine the type of limb vascular embolism,and guide the formulation of scientific diagnosis and treatment plan.
