摘要
目的探讨甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床有效性。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月在我院就诊的糖尿病周围神经病变患者,总计90例,患者入院后给予不同的治疗方案,现按照治疗方式进行分组,对照组45例给予依帕司他治疗,研究组45例在此基础上联合甲钴胺治疗,对两组患者临床治疗效果、神经传导速度以及各项临床指标进行比较。结果两组临床指标改善情况比较差异不明显,P>0.05;研究组的患者治疗有效率显著提高,神经传导速度明显改善,与对照组的患者相比存在较大的差异,P<0.05。结论在糖尿病周围神经病变患者治疗中给予甲钴胺可有效改善神经传导速度,提高临床治疗有效率,值得临床推荐与应用。
Objective To explore clinical effect of mecobalamin in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods We chose 90 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients treated in our hospital from Jan 2019 to Jan 2020.Treat them with different treatment schemes after admission.According to treatment method,divided them into control group 45 cases,treated with epalrestat,and study group 45 cases,with mecobalamin on the basis.Compared clinical treatment effect,nerve conduction velocity and various clinical indicators between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in improvement of clinical indicators between two groups,P>0.05;treatment effect in study group was significantly improved,and nerve conduction velocity was significantly better than control group,with significant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion Mecobalamin can improve nerve conduction velocity and increase clinical treatment effective rate of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,which is worthy of clinical recommendation and application.
