摘要
目的探讨不同预处理方法对吸引器头类管腔器械清洗效果的影响,为提高管腔器械清洗质量提供依据。方法选取人流手术使用后的吸引器头600件,随机分为A、B、C三组,每组200件;均使用高压水枪冲洗掉管腔内外肉眼可见的血液及污物后,再用不同的方法进行预处理:A组放置4h后进行清洗,B组浸泡于1:270多酶清洗剂内4h后清洗,C组使用特殊延长喷嘴将泡沫型保湿剂喷入吸引器头管腔内,边喷边退出,充满整个管腔,放置4h后清洗,采用放大镜下检测、乙醇检测及ATP荧光检测清洗合格率。结果3种不同预处理方法清洗后的吸引器头,清洗质量检测均有不合格存在,其中ATP荧光检测阳性率最高,乙醇检测法阳性率高于放大镜下检测;清洗质量检测结果:C组合格率最高;A组最低;B、C组较A组均明显提高,经c2检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组与C组之间比较,差异无统计学意义。结论对不能及时清洗的吸引器头类管腔器械,采用多酶液浸泡及泡沫保湿剂喷满管腔进行预处理,再进行清洗,很好的提高了器械的清洗质量,达到较好的清洗效果,为消毒灭菌提供保障。
Objective To investigate the effects of different pretreatment methods on the cleaning effect of the suction head tube instruments,and to provide evidence for improving the quality of lumen instruments.Methods Sixty items of aspirator heads after abortion were randomly divided into three groups:A,B,and C,each group consisting of 200 pieces.All of them were washed with high pressure water gun and the blood and dirt visible inside and outside the lumen.The method was pretreated:the group A was cleaned for 4 hours,the group B was immersed in the 1:270 enzyme cleaning agent for 4 hours,and the group C was sprayed into the suction tube cavity with a special extension nozzle.The ejector exits,fills the entire lumen,and is cleaned after 4 hours of storage.The pass rate under the magnifying glass,ethanol detection and ATP fluorescence detection is used.Results The suction heads of the three different pretreatment methods were cleaned and the quality of the cleaning was unqualified.The positive rate of ATP fluorescence detection was the highest.The positive rate of ethanol detection was higher than that under the magnifying glass.The result of cleaning quality test:C combination The highest rate was the lowest in group A.The difference between group B and group C was significantly higher than that of group A.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between group B and group C.Conclusion For the suction head head tube instruments which can not be cleaned in time,the multi-enzyme immersion and foam moisturizer sprayed the cavity to pre-treat and then clean,which improves the cleaning quality of the instrument and achieves better cleaning.The effect is to provide protection for sterilization.
