摘要
目的分析风险管理在血液透析护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月于本院进行血液透析的患者85例为对象,根据随机电脑等量法分组,对照组42例应用常规护理管理,研究组43例基于此应用风险管理,对比两组护理管理效果。结果研究组患者护理风险事件发生率明显低于对照组,而血透操作、病房环境、服务态度、健康宣教等满意度得分均明显高于对照组,数据差较大(P<0.05)。结论风险管理在血液透析护理管理中有较高的应用价值,能及时排除各种护理风险事件,可有效提高血透护理质量,要重视。
Objective To analyze the application value of risk management in hemodialysis nursing management.Methods From March 2017 to March 2019,85 patients who underwent hemodialysis in our hospital were selected as two groups:control group,control group,control group,control group,control group,control group,control group,control group,and control group,43 patients.Results Although the incidence of nursing risk events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the scores of hemodialysis operation,ward environment,service attitude,health education and other satisfaction scores were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the data difference was large(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk management has high application value in hemodialysis nursing management,can eliminate all kinds of nursing risk events in time,can effectively improve the quality of hemodialysis nursing,we should pay attention to it.
