摘要
目的在基层医院中实施中医特色整体护理,观察其应用价值。方法抽取我院在2017年6月至2018年6月收治60例住院患者为本研究的观察对象,采用双色球分组法分为对照组(n=30)与观察组(n=30),对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组实施中医特色整体护理,对比两组住院时间、生活质量与护理满意度。结果观察组平均住院时间短于对照组,数据对比差异明显,P<0.05。观察组生理机能、健康状况、社会能力等生活质量评分均高于对照组,数据对比差异明显,P<0.05。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,数据对比差异明显,P<0.05。结论中医特色整体护理在基层医院中应用价值较高,可有效缩短患者住院时间,提升患者生活质量,有利于提升患者护理满意度,因此建议在临床上推广使用。
Objective To carry on TCM characteristic holistic nursing in primary hospitals and observe its application value.Methods Choose 60 cases inpatients in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 as observation objects,divide them into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)with two-color ball grouping method.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group with TCM-characteristic overall nrusing.Compare length of stay,life quality and nursing satisfaction of two groups.Results Average length of stay in observation group was shorter than control group,data difference was significant,P<0.05.Physiological function,health status,social ability and other life quality scores of observation group were higher than control group,data difference was significant,P<0.05.Nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than control group,data difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Holistic nursing with TCM characteristics has high value in grass-roots hospitals,can shorten length of stay and improve life quality effectively,which is conducive to improving nursing satisfaction of patients.
