摘要
目的分析主动脉夹层介入手术患者围手术期应用优质护理的效果。方法随机抽取我院收治的40例主动脉夹层患者进行分组研究,患者入院时间为2015年6月至2019年4月,均选择介入手术实施治疗,进行基础护理的患者设为对照组,共计20例,进行优质护理的患者设为观察组,共计20例。结果观察组患者进行优质护理后其SAS和SDS评分低于采用基础护理的对照组患者;护理后其生理职能、心理职能、环境职能、社会职能评分高于采用基础护理的对照组患者,上述数据经统计比较P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论将优质护理模式应用于主动脉夹层介入手术患者中能够有效缓解患者的负性情绪,提升生活质量。
Objective To analyze effect of quality nursing on patients undergoing aortic dissection.Methods Choose 40 cases aortic dissection patients admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to April 2019 for group study.All cases were treated with interventional surgery.Divide them into control group 20 cases with basic nursing,observation group 20 cases with quality nursing.Results SAS and SDS scores of observation group were lower than control group after quality nursing;physiological,psychological,environmental,and social functions scores after nursing were higher than control group,data was statistically significant P<0.05.Conclusion Quality nursing model can effectively relieve negative emotions and improve life quality of patients with aortic dissection.
