摘要
目的分析探讨在眼科护理实习带教中使用情景模拟式护理教学查房方法的效果。方法选择本院眼科接收的40名实习护生作为本次研究的对象,按照随机形式分成研究组和对照组,每组有实习护生20名,其中对照组按照常规带教模式进行带教,研究组按照情景模拟护理教学查房模式进行带教,对两组带教效果进行对比。结果研究组护生的理论评分平均为(96.9±2.1)分,实践评分为(95.8±2.4)分,均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组中,医生对实习护生的护理配合满意度评分为(96.4±2.3)分,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在眼科护理实习带教中采取情景模拟式护理教学查房模式,能够显著提升实习护生的理论知识、护理实践技能的掌握程度,可以更好地实现医护配合。
Objective To analyze and explore the effect of situational simulation nursing teaching rounds in ophthalmic nursing practice teaching.Methods 40 trainee nursing students received by ophthalmology in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group,there were 20 trainee nursing students in each group,the control group was taught according to the conventional teaching mode,and the study group was taught according to the situational simulated nursing teaching round mode,the teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The average theoretical score and practical score of nursing students in the study group were(96.9±2.1)and(95.8±2.4)respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the score of doctor’s satisfaction with nursing cooperation was(96.4±2.3),which was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting situational simulation nursing teaching rounds mode in ophthalmic nursing practice teaching can significantly improve the theoretical knowledge of practical nursing students,master nursing practice skills,and better realize medical cooperation,which is worth popularizing.
