摘要
目的探究米索前列醇联合笑气用于人工流产术的效果。方法将900例孕6~12周流产的患者随机分为研究组620例和参照组280例。手术前3 h排空膀胱后于阴道后穹窿处放米索前列醇1片(0.2 mg),研究组在扩宫前1 min行阴道消毒时吸入笑气,两组均实施高质量的护理措施。结果研究组的有效率(96.45%)对比参照组的51.43%显著更高,研究组镇痛作用强;研究组的手术操作时间缩短,研究组的容易率(81.13%)对比参照组的57.14%更高。研究组的人工流产综合征也优于参照组,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论笑气效果显著,刺激性小,对人体的创伤小,对循环系统无抑制,不影响子宫收缩,米索前列醇联合笑气用于无痛人工流产术,配合高质量的护理措施,具有手术时间短、容易操作、镇痛作用强的效果,能够减少人工流产综合征的发生,是一种效果好、风险小、安全的治疗方法,建议推广。
Objective To explore the effect of misoprostol combined with nitrous oxide on induced abortion.Methods Nine hundred patients with 6~12 weeks gestational abortion were randomly divided into study group 620 cases and reference group 280 cases.Three hours before the operation,one tablet(0.2 mg)of misoprostol was placed in the posterior vault of the vagina after emptying the bladder.The study group inhaled laughing gas during the vaginal disinfection one minute before the expansion of the uterus,and both groups implemented high-quality nursing measures.Results The effective rate of the study group(96.45%)was significantly higher than that of the reference group(1.43%),and the analgesic effect of the study group was strong.The operation time of the study group was shortened,and the ease rate of the study group(81.13%)was higher than that of the reference group(57.14%).The induced abortion syndrome in the study group was also better than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nitrous oxide has obvious effect,little stimulation,little trauma to human body,no inhibition to circulatory system and no influence on uterine contraction.Misoprostol combined with nitrous oxide is used in painless induced abortion.With high-quality nursing measures,it has the effect of short operation time,easy operation and strong analgesic effect,and can reduce the occurrence of induced abortion syndrome.It is a treatment method with good effect,small risk and safety.It is recommended to promote.
