摘要
目的探讨骨盆前外固定术在不稳定性骨盆骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法选择我院在2019年2月至2019年8月收治的不稳定性骨盆骨折患者共计66例,根据双盲分组法将其分成研究组(n=33)和常规组(n=33),两组患者在术前均行常规输血和除颤治疗,对于其他器官受损予以针对性治疗,常规组患者予以切开复位内固定术常规治疗,研究组患者予以骨盆前外固定术治疗,对比分析不同组别下患者各项临床指标、治疗总有效率及并发症发生率。结果研究组患者在拔管时间、肿胀消失时间、下床活动时间以及结骨痂时间均明显低于常规组,组间对比差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗总有效率为96.97%,常规组患者治疗总有效率为81.82%,研究组明显高于常规组,统计学分析对比差异显著(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率为6.06%,常规组患者并发症发生率为24.24%,研究组低于常规组可见组间对比差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论骨盆前外固定术在不稳定性骨盆骨折治疗中的应用效果显著,患者术后恢复情况更佳,可在临床实践中予以广泛推广和应用。
Objective to explore application effect of anterior pelvic external fixation in treatment of unstable pelvic fractures.Methods choose 66 cases unstable pelvic fractures patients admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to August 2019,divide them into research group(n=33)and routine group(n=33)according to double-blind grouping method.Both groups received routine blood transfusion and defibrillation before surgery,and targeted treatment for other organ damages.Routine group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation,and study group with prepelvic external fixation.Analyze clinical indicators,total treatment effect and complications incidence between different groups.Results extubation time,swelling disappearance time,out of bed time,and bone scab time in study group was significantly lower than routine group,difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);total effective rate in study group was 96.97%,significantly higher than 81.82%in routine group,statistical analysis was significantly different(P<0.05);complications incidence in study group was 6.06%,lower than 24.24%in routine group,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion pelvic anterior external fixation can achieve significant effect in treatment of unstable pelvic fractures,with good postoperative recovery,which can be widely promoted and applied in clinical practice.
