摘要
目的分析研究疼痛护理质量指标用于评估和指导上肢骨折术后患者疼痛护理的临床效果。方法选取本院2019年04月至2020年03月收治的60例患者进行研究,数字表法分为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例)。其中对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上以疼痛护理质量指标为指导给予疼痛护理,比较两组患者生活质量、24h内疼痛程度及临床护理满意度。结果研究组患者的躯体功能评分、心理智能评分与社会功能评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的轻度疼痛率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者的重度疼痛率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的疼痛教育效果满意度、疼痛期望满意度与疼痛控制策略满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在上肢骨折术后患者护理中以疼痛护理质量指标为指导给予疼痛护理能有效改善患者的生活质量,能显著缓解患者的疼痛程度,能明显提升护理质量,具有推广价值。
Objective to analyze and study evaluating and guiding clinical effect of pain nursing indexes for upper limb fractures patients.Methods choose 60 patients admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to March 2020 for study.With digital table method,divide them into control group(30 cases)and research group(30 cases).Among them,control group was treated with routine nursing,and research group with pain nursing based on pain nursing quality.Compare life quality,pain degree within 24 hours,and clinical nursing satisfaction between two groups.Results physical function scores,mental intelligence scores and social function scores of study group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);mild pain rate of study group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Severe pain rate was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);satisfaction of pain education effect,pain expectation and pain control strategy of study group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion pain quality guidance indicators can improve life quality of upper extremity fractures patients effectively,relieve pain level,improve nursing quality significantly with promotion value.
