摘要
目的分析医护一体化护理模式在老年糖尿病足患者护理中的应用效果。方法将在社区老年糖尿病足患者65例分为两组,对照组32例采用常规护理模式,试验组33例采用医护一体化护理模式,比较两组老年患者的护理效果。结果试验组总有效率93.94%高于对照组总有效率71.88%,试验组生理功能评分、心理功能评分、社会功能评分均显著高于对照组,2组临床疗效及生活质量评分有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在老年糖尿病足患者护理中应用医护一体化护理模式,可提高临床疗效,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of the integrated nursing mode in the elderly diabetic foot patients.Methods 65 elderly diabetic foot patients in our hospital were divided into two groups.32 cases in the control group were treated with routine nursing mode,and 33 cases in the experimental group were treated with integrated nursing mode.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.94%higher than that of the control group(71.88%).The scores of physiological function,psychological function and social function of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.There were significant differences in clinical efficacy and quality of life between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the integrated nursing mode in the elderly diabetic foot patients can improve the clinical effect and the quality of life of the patients.
