摘要
目的探析康复锻炼护理干预对骨科患者护理的临床疗效。方法以我院于2018年3月至2019年6月在我院骨科接受治疗的100例患者作为主要对象,采用数字随机表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施康复锻练护理干预,对比两组患者的骨折愈合情况、患者满意度、依从性和健康知识掌握程度。结果观察组患者的骨折愈合时间、关节功能恢复时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,存在显著差异(P<0.05);观察组患者在服务态度、生活护理、工作能力、康复护理方面的满意度均显著高于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组患者的依从性评分、健康知识掌握评分显著高于对照组,组间对比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论对骨科患者实施康复锻炼护理干预可缩短患者的康复时间,同时可提高患者的依从性,患者对于护理工作的满意度较高,具备临床应用和推广价值。
Objective To explore clinical curative effect of rehabilitation exercise nursing intervention on nursing of orthopedic patients.Methods Treat 100 cases orthopedics patients treated in our hospital’s from March 2018 to June 2019 as main objects,divide them into control group and observation group with random digital table method,50 cases in each.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group with rehabilitation exercise nursing intervention.Compare fracture healing status,patient satisfaction,compliance,and health knowledge of two groups.Results Fracture healing time,joint function recovery time and hospitalization time of observation group was significantly shorter than control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05);service attitude,life care,work ability,rehabilitation nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was significantly higher than control group,with significant differences(P<0.05);compliance scores and health knowledge mastering scores of observation group were significantly higher than control group,and there was significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation exercise nursing intervention can shorten rehabilitation time,improve compliance of on orthopaedic patients with higher satisfaction degree with nursing work,which is of clinical application and promotion value.
