摘要
目的探析个性化护理干预对哮喘患者治疗依从性的影响。方法将我院2017年10月至2019年3月收治的102例哮喘患者纳入研究,应用抽签法随机分为干预组、一般组,分别采用个性化护理干预模式和常规护理模式对两组患者实施护理,护理周期为2周,护理结束后随访两组患者1个月,比较两组治疗依从性,并比较两组护理前和随访结束后的整体健康状况。结果干预组随访结束后的治疗依从率高于一般组(P<0.05)。两组护理前的SF-36评分(P>0.05),干预组随访结束后的SF-36评分高于一般组(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理干预应用于哮喘患者的临床护理,可有效提高患者疾病治疗依从性,改善患者整体健康状况。
Objective To analyze the effect of personalized nursing intervention on treatment compliance of asthma patients.Methods A total of 102 asthma patients admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to March 2019 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into intervention groups and general groups using the lottery method.Individualized nursing intervention mode and conventional nursing mode were used to treat the two groups of patients.Nursing was carried out with a nursing cycle of 2 weeks.Two groups of patients were followed up for 1 month after the end of the care.The compliance of the two groups was compared,and the overall health status of the two groups was compared before and after the follow-up.Results The compliance rate of the intervention group after follow-up was higher than that of the general group(P<0.05).The SF-36 score before nursing in the two groups(P>0.05),and the SF-36 score in the intervention group after the follow-up was higher than that in the general group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing intervention applied to clinical care of asthma patients can effectively improve patients’compliance with disease treatment and improve the overall health of patients.
