摘要
目的探讨中西医结合局部用药对小儿手足口病(HFMD)预后的影响。方法选取2016年5月至2019年8月我院HFMD患儿116例,依据治疗方法不同分为研究组(n=58)、对照组(n=58)。两组均予以基础治疗,在此基础上对照组采取利巴韦林颗粒、冰硼散、聚肌胞注射液治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采取川百止痒洗剂外洗、炉甘石洗剂涂抹治疗,比较两组症状消退(咽痛消失、体温正常、疱疹干结、咳嗽消失)时间、疗效、治疗前后炎性因子[血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平。结果研究组咽痛消失、体温正常、疱疹干结、咳嗽消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率98.28%高于对照组86.21%(P<0.05);治疗1周后研究组血清IL-6、CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合局部用药应用于HFMD患儿,疗效确切,能缩短患儿症状消退时间,降低炎症反应。
Objective To investigate the effect of local Chinese medicine combined with western medicine on the prognosis of children with hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods A total of 116 children with HFMD in our hospital from May 2016 to August 2019 were selected and divided into study group(n=58)and control group(n=58)according to different treatment methods.Both groups were given basic treatment.Based on this,the control group was treated with ribavirin granules,Ice boron powder powder and polymyocyte injection.The research group was treated with Chuanbai Zhiyang lotion and calamine lotion on the basis of the control group.The time of symptom relief(disappearance of pharyngeal pain,normal body temperature,dry knot of herpes,disappearance of cough),curative effect and the levels of inflammatory factors[serum interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The sore throat disappeared,body temperature was normal,herpes dryness,and cough disappeared in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 98.28%higher than the control group of 86.21%(P<0.05).The serum IL-6 and CRP levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group after one week of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of children with HFMD has a definite effect,which can shorten the time for the symptoms to subside and reduce the inflammatory response.
