摘要
目的对脑出血患者采用优质护理联合心理护理措施,分析其价值。方法研究对象均是本院在2018年10月至2019年10月收集到的脑出血患者,一共纳入患者120例,随后采用平均分的分组方法将全部患者分为两组:观察组与对照组,每组患者有60例。给对照组患者实施常规基础护理,给观察组患者实施优质护理联合心理护理,在实施护理后评估护理效果。结果两组护理干预后的SAS、SDS评分均明显低于干预前,干预前后结果对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组干预后的SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,经比较,组间结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组患者对护理工作的满意度情况,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。对比两组患者的治疗总有效率,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑出血患者采用优质护理配合心理护理措施,能够取得理想的护理干预效果。
Objective To analyze the value of high quality nursing combined with psychological nursing for patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The subjects of the study were all 120 patients with cerebral hemorrhage collected in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019,and then all patients were divided into two groups by means of average score:observation group and control group,with 60 patients in each group.The routine basic nursing was given to the patients in the control group and the high quality nursing combined with psychological nursing was given to the patients in the observation group.Evaluate the effect of nursing after the implementation of nursing.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups after nursing intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention.The difference was statistically significance(P<0.05)before and after intervention.The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group.After comparison,there was statistical significance(P<0.05)between the two groups.Compared the satisfaction of the two groups,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Good quality nursing combined with psychological nursing can achieve ideal effect of nursing intervention for patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
