摘要
目的就妇产科护理中的孕期健康教育的临床效果展开研究,分析应用价值。方法选取在2018年1月至2019年2月来我院妇产科治疗就诊的64例孕妇,采用硬币分组法,随机分为对照组和健康组,每组32例。统一对两组孕妇进行全面身体检查,检测生理指标和胎儿体征,对健康组增加孕期健康教育护理方案。对比两组孕妇的护理效果和临床资料,比较数据结果差异,分析并得出结论。结果健康组在经过孕期健康教育后,产后的出血率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康组自然分娩率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康组对护理的满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕期健康教育有利于提高孕妇的自然分娩率,减少孕后大出血的情况,有效保障孕妇和胎儿的生命健康安全,提升对护理的满意度,值得在临床护理方案上推广应用。
Objective to study clinical effect of prenatal health education in obstetrics and gynecology nursing and analyze its application value.Methods choose 64 cases pregnant women in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019,divide them into control group and healthy group randomly,32 cases in each group.Carry out comprehensive physical examination,detection of physiological indicators and fetal signs,and health group was added with pregnancy health education and nursing scheme.Compare nursing effect and clinical data,differences of data results of two groups,analyze and draw conclusions.Results after health education during pregnancy,postpartum hemorrhage rate of healthy group was 3.13%(1/32),significantly lower than control group(21.88%(7/32),difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Natural delivery rate of healthy group was 90.62%(29/32),higher than control group(56.25%(18/32),difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Satisfaction rate of healthy group was 96.88%(31/32),higher than control group(75%(24/32),difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion health education during pregnancy can improve natural delivery rate of pregnant women,reduce bleeding after pregnancy,guarantee life and health safety of pregnant women and fetus effectively,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing scheme.
