摘要
目的针对重症高血压性脑出血患者在进行气管切开后展开综合气道护理的具体效果进行分析。方法按照对比护理的方式按照本次研究,选入病例共计为88例,为本院在2018年7月至2019年10月所接诊,取组中44例,相关护理干预以常规模式展开,即对照组,余下44例,则落实综合气道护理,即观察组。分析护理效果。结果结合对两组恢复过程中心理状态、不良事件发生率以及护理满意度统计,观察组均存在明显优势,P<0.05。结论在综合气道护理的帮助下可有效提升重症高血压性脑出血患者气管切开后恢复效果,并提升护理满意度,降低不良事件发生率。
Objective to analyze specific effect of comprehensive airway nursing after tracheotomy of patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods choose 88 cases examples from July 2018 to October 2019 in the study according to comparative nursing method,44 cases in contrl group were treated with routine nursing intervention mode,and 44 cases in observation group with comprehensive airway nursing.Analyze nursing effect of two groups.Results statistics of psychological state,incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction during recovery of observation group showed more obvious advantages than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion comprehensive airway nursing can improve recovery effect after tracheotomy of patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage effectively,improve nursing satisfaction,and reduce incidence of adverse events.
