生殖道解脲脲支原体与不孕不育的相关性研究及其耐药性分析

摘要 目的探究生殖道解脲脲支原体(Uu)与不孕不育的相关性研究及其耐药性情况。方法选取2017年1月到2018年6月期间我院(深圳市龙岗区第二人民医院和湖南省株洲市妇幼保健院)收治的不孕不育夫妇100对及健康已育的100对夫妇作为研究对象,分别作为实验组(n=100)及对照组(n=100),检测全部研究对象Uu及人型支原体(Mh),分析感染阳性率及耐药性情况。结果实验组Uu、Mh、Uu+Mh、总体感染阳性率高于对照组,(P<0.05)。支原体阳性对喹诺酮类药物、四环素类抗生素等不同药物耐药率间对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中,喹诺酮类药物耐药率最高,其次为四环素类抗生素,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而交沙霉素、美满霉素、强力霉素这三种抗生素耐药率比较低。结论生殖道解脲脲支原体与不孕不育间存在紧密关系,不孕不育症夫妇具有较高的感染阳性率,而耐药性分析结果表明,交沙霉素、美满霉素、强力霉素这三种抗生素的耐药率比较低,因此成为抗感染首选抗生素,为临床诊治提供新思路。 Objective to explore correlation between reproductive tract ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)and infertility and drug resistance.Method:choose 100 cases infertile couples and 100 cases healthy couples admitted to our hospital(Shenzhen City Longgang District the Second People’s Hospital and Zhuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Hunan)from January 2017 to June 2018 as research objects,divide them into experimental group(n=100)and control group(n=100)respectively,and detect all research objects with Uu and mycoplasma hominis(Mh),analyze positive rate of infection and drug resistance.Results positive rates of Uu,Mh,Uu+Mh and overall infection in experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Mycoplasma-positive has statistically significant difference in resistance rate of quinolone drugs,tetracycline antibiotics and other drugs(P<0.05).Among them,quinolone drugs have the highest drug resistance rate,followed by tetracycline antibiotics,and comparison has statistical significance(P<0.05),while resistance rates of three antibiotics,saponin,minocycline,and doxycycline are relatively low.Conclusion there is close relationship between ureaplasma urealyticum and infertility in genital tract.Infertile couples have higher infection positive rate,and results of drug resistance analysis show,salinomycin,minocycline,strong The resistance rate of these three antibiotics is relatively low,which has become preferred antibiotic for anti-infection,providing new idea for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
