Objective To analyze the effect of arthroscopy combined with fibular osteotomy and micro bone technology in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee joint. Methods Eighteen patients with varicose knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital from February 2016 to November 2019 were analyzed and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 9 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with arthroscopic microfracture only, and the observation group was treated with arthroscope combined with fibula osteotomy and microfracture. The treatment efficacy, knee function improvement, symptom improvement and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The clinical treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score,WOMAC score, and HSS score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The control group was low(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of arthroscopy combined with fibula osteotomy and microfracture technology in the treatment of patients with varus knee osteoarthritis can effectively promote the patient’s recovery and help improve the knee function of the patient.
