摘要
目的探讨墨菲定律在院前急救护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法分析2018年1月至6月发生的386起护理风险事件,设为对照组,实施预防对策,2019年1月开始接诊的患者为观察组,比较两组护理风险事情发生率与患者满意度。结果观察组护理风险事情发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理人员加强对院前急救存在风险的重视,能有效提高院前急救护理质量,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of Murphy’s law in the quality management of pre hospital emergency nursing.Methods Three hundred and eighty-six nursing risk events occurred from January to June 2018 were analyzed.They were the control group,and preventive measures were implemented.The patients who received treatment from January 2019 were the observation group.The incidence of nursing risk events and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the patients’satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing staff should pay more attention to the risk of pre hospital first aid,which can effectively improve the quality of pre hospital first aid nursing,improve patients’satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical application.
