摘要
目的探究基于PDCA循环法的ICD编码质量管理持续改进的应用效果,以期为病案质量管理的方法提供可靠的理论支持。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月我院收录的病案46848份,将2018年1月前收录的病案22436份归入此次研究的对照组,将2018年1月后收录的病案24412份归为此次研究的观察组。对照组的病案均未实施PDCA循环法管理,观察组的病案均接受PDCA循环法管理。观察对比实施PDCA循环法前后的ICD编码正确率的变化情况。结果通过观察统计后发现:实施PDCA循环法后,ICD编码的正确率得到了较大的提升,与实施PDCA循环法前相比,存在明显差异(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论在医院的ICD编码质量管理工作中,使用PDCA循环法的效果较为显著,较好的提升了病案编码的正确率,具有较高的应用价值,进一步确保了医院ICD编码的质量,为临床路径科学实施奠定了坚实的基础,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of continuous improvement of ICD coding quality management based on PDCA circulation method,in order to provide reliable theoretical support for the method of medical record quality management.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,46848 medical records collected by our hospital were selected,22436 medical records collected before January 2018 were included in the control group of this study,and 24412 medical records collected after January 2018 were included in the observation group of this study.All the medical records in the control group were not managed by PDCA,and those in the observation group were managed by PDCA.Observe and compare the change of ICD coding accuracy before and after PDCA cycle.Results Through the observation and statistics,it is found that the correct rate of ICD coding has been greatly improved after the implementation of PDCA circulation method.Compared with before the implementation of PDCA circulation method,there is a significant difference(P<0.05),and the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion In the quality management of ICD coding in hospitals,the PDCA cycle method is effective,which improves the correct rate of medical record coding,has higher application value,further ensures the quality of ICD coding in hospitals,lays a solid foundation for the scientific implementation of clinical pathways,and is worth popularizing.
