摘要
目的研究口腔种植修复在牙列缺损中的应用价值。方法选取2017年12月至2019年3月本院接诊的牙列缺损病患80例,按照奇偶数字分组原理分成2组(n=40),试验组实行口腔种植修复治疗,对照组实行常规义齿修复治疗。分析2组的修复效果,比较美观度评分等指标。结果试验组对语言功能、美观程度、咀嚼功能与舒适程度的满意度评分依次是(18.92±1.13)分、(18.63±1.09)分、(18.64±1.13)分、(18.71±1.36)分,优于对照组的(16.48±1.17)分、(16.32±1.15)分、(14.21±1.28)分、(14.83±1.24)分,P<0.05。试验组修复治疗的总有效率为97.5%,比对照组的82.5%高,P<0.05。结论采取口腔种植修复法对牙列缺损病患进行治疗,能够有效促进其口腔功能的恢复,提高临床治疗效果,建议采纳。
Objective to study application value of dental implant restoration in dentition defect.Methods choose 80 cases dentition defect patients admitted in our hospital from December 2017 to March 2019,divide them into two groups(n=40)according to principle of odd and even number grouping.Experimental group received oral implant repair and control group received routine denture repair.Analyze restoration effect of the two groups,and compare indicators such as aesthetic scores.Results satisfaction scores of test group on language function,aesthetics,chewing function and comfort were(18.92±1.13),(18.63±1.09),(18.64±1.13),and(18.71±1.36).(16.48±1.17)points,(16.32±1.15)points,(14.21±1.28)points,and(14.83±1.24)points were better than control group,P<0.05.Total effective rate of repair treatment in test group was 97.5%,which was higher than 82.5%in control group,P<0.05.Conclusion oral implant restoration can effectively promote restoration of oral function and improve clinical treatment effect of dentition defect patients,which is recommended to adopt it.
