摘要
目的探究在美沙酮维持治疗者中运用综合护理干预措施对其海洛因渴求反应的实际影响情况。方法选取116例在2017年9月-2018年9月本院收治的海洛因依赖症患者,所有患者均进行美沙酮维持治疗,根据随机分组原则分为观察组(综合护理干预措施)和对照组(常规护理)各58人。对两组患者海洛因渴求反应及护理满意度情况进行比较分析。结果与对照组(57.62±13.50)分相比,观察组患者海洛因渴求反应评分(44.15±11.47)分较低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组护理满意度(96.55%)优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在美沙酮维持治疗者中运用综合护理干预措施,能够明显改善患者对海洛因的渴求反应,促进护理满意度显著提高。
Objective to explore actual effect of comprehensive nursing interventions on heroin craving response in methadone maintenance therapists.Methods choose 116 cases heroin dependence patients treated in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018.Treat them with methadone maintenance treatment,and divide them into observation group(comprehensive nursing intervention measures)and control group(routine nursing),58 cases in each groups.Compare heroin craving response and nursing satisfaction between two groups.Results heroin craving response scores(44.15±11.47)in observation group were lower than control group(57.62±13.50),(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of observation group(96.55%)was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion comprehensive nursing interventions can significantly improve response to heroin cravings and promote significant increase in nursing satisfaction in methadone maintenance therapy.
