摘要
目的探讨新形势下退役军人健康管理的策略和措施,为建立退役军人健康管理策略提供理论依据。方法通过我院六十年医养结合经验和巡回医疗资料收集分析退役军人实施健康管理策略的可行性,并探讨退役军人实施健康管理的相关策略。结果退役军人系统实施健康管理存在顶层设计空缺、医疗设施设备不足、退役军人自我保健意识不强等问题。结论建立退役军人健康管理迫在眉梢,管理应根据国家健康战略部署,提高健康管理意识。
Objective To explore the strategies and measures of the health management of the veterans in the new situation,and to provide theoretical basis for the establishment of the health management strategies of the veterans.Methods Based on 60 years of medical and nursing experience and tour medical data collection,this paper analyzes the feasibility of the implementation of health management strategies for the veterans,and discusses the relevant strategies of the implementation of health management for the veterans.Results There are some problems in the implementation of health management in the system of veterans,such as the lack of top-level design,the lack of medical facilities and equipment,and the lack of self-awareness of health care.Conclusion It is imperative to establish the health management of the veterans.The management should be based on the national health strategy to improve the awareness of health management.
