摘要
目的探讨分析氧驱博利康尼联合爱全乐雾化治疗重症哮喘的护理观察。方法选择我院收治的24例重症哮喘患者作为研究对象,这些患者均是在2018年6月到2019年7月来到我院接受治疗,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,两组各12例,其中对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗接受氧驱博利康尼联合爱全乐雾化治疗,观察对比两组的治疗效果和护理情况。结果通过对患者的检查数据分析,其结果为与对照组相比观察组的症状消失时间更短,观察组的临床检查指标更好。两组结果差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论对重症哮喘的患者加入氧驱博利康尼联合爱全乐雾化治疗能够起到良好的治疗效果,让疾病更快恢复。
Objective To explore and analyze the nursing observation of the treatment of severe asthma with oxygen driven Bolikangni combined with Aiquanle atomization.Methods Twenty-four patients with severe asthma in our hospital were selected as the research objects.These patients came to our hospital from June 2018 to July 2019 for treatment.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,12 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received oxygen driven Bolikangni combined with Aiquanle atomization treatment in the conventional treatment.The treatment of the two groups was observed and compared results and care.Results By analyzing the data of the patients,the results showed that compared with the control group,the time of symptom disappearance in the observation group was shorter,and the clinical examination indexes in the observation group were better.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of oxygen driven Bolikangni and Aiquanle in the treatment of severe asthma can achieve a good therapeutic effect and make the disease recover faster.
