摘要
目的分析在重型颅脑损伤患者气管切开后实施护理措施后防止肺部感染的效果。方法将2018年1月至2019年1月我院收治的50例重型颅脑损伤患者纳入研究,并随机分为两个组别,各25例,给予对照组患者常规护理措施,实验组患者实施综合护理措施。比较两组患者护理后肺部感染发生情况。结果实验组肺部感染发生率低于对照组,差异较大具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在重型颅脑损伤患者气管切开后针对肺部展开综合护理措施后,可有效避免肺部感染的发生,提升治疗的效果,加快患者康复,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of preventing lung infection after implementing nursing measures after tracheotomy in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods Fifty patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into two groups of 25 patients.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures,and the patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing measures.The incidence of pulmonary infection after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results Pulmonary infection in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After comprehensive tractive care measures for the lungs in patients with severe craniocerebral injury,it can effectively prevent the occurrence of pulmonary infection,improve the therapeutic effect and speed up the recovery of patients.It is worthy of popularization and application.
