摘要
目的奥卡西平联合维生素B12治疗高同型半胱氨酸老年癫痫患者的应用效果展开分析论述,探讨实际应用价值。方法现将2018年5月至2019年5月来我院治疗高同型半胱氨酸老年癫痫126例患者作为调查对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组患者63例。对照组采取常规药物治疗方案,对患者给予奥卡西平治疗,实验组实施奥卡西平联合维生素B12进行综合治疗。通过对患者经过治疗后的同型半胱氨酸及细胞间黏附分子的数值水平变化,分析两组患者的临床资料,探讨患者的认知功能、身体协调程度以及不良反应发生率,得出相关结论。结果两组患者经过治疗后均存在不同程度的好转,实验组患者同型半胱氨酸水平都下降趋势相比较对照组较为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者认知水平相比较对照组状况改善较为明显,认知功能评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者在治疗期间出现恶心、呕吐、视力问题等不良反应的发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年癫痫患者实施奥克西平联合维生素B12进行治疗,能够有效缓解患者的身体负担,维持患者身体各项指标处在正常范围,降低患者血液中Hcy、ICAM-1的含量浓度,改善患者认知功能,降低不良反应发生的概率,促进患者早日康复。
Objective to analyze and discuss effect of oxcarbazepine combined with vitamin B12 in treatment of elderly epilepsy patients with hyperhomocysteine,and explore practical application value.Methods treat 126 cases hyperhomocysteine epilepsy patients from May 2018 to may 2019 as research objects,divide them into experimental group and control group randomly,63 cases in each group.Control group was treated with oxcarbazepine and experimental group with oxcarbazepine combined with vitamin B12.Based on changes of homocysteine and intercellular adhesion molecule after treatment,analyze clinical data of two groups,discuss cognitive function,body coordination degree and adverse reactions incidence to draw related conclusion.Results after treatment,patients in two groups improved in different degrees,and homocysteine level in experimental group was significant lower than control group,difference showed statistical significance,(P<0.05).Cognitive level of experimental group was significantly higher than control group,and cognitive function scores were higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of nausea,vomiting,vision problems and other adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than control group,difference showed showed statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion oxcarbine and vitamin B12 can relieve body burden effectively,maintain body indexes in normal range,reduce concentration of Hcy and ICAM-1 in blood,improve cognitive function,reduce probability of adverse reactions,and promote early recovery of elderly epilepsy patients.
