摘要
目的研究妇产科护士接受疼痛知识培训以后在护理质量提升方面的效果。方法选择80名符合条件的产妇为对象,对培训前后的24名妇产科护士的护理质量、及患者护理满意度进行评价。结果培训后的产科护士在护理质量上明显比培训前质量高(P<0.05);产妇对接受疼痛知识培训的护士的护理满意度为95%,比培训前83.75%的满意度高(P<0.05)。结论对护士进行疼痛知识培训可以最大程度的提高产妇的满意度。
Objective to study effect of pain knowledge training on improvement of nursing quality in obstetrics and gynecology department.Methods choose 80 cases eligible parturients as research objects,evaluate nursing quality and satisfaction degree with 24 nurses before and after training.Results nursing quality of obstetric nurses after training was significantly higher than before(P<0.05),and satisfaction degree of parturient women with nurses receiving pain knowledge training was 95%,higher than 83.75%before training(P<0.05).Conclusion pain knowledge training of nurses can improve satisfaction degree of parturients to the greatest extent.
