摘要
目的研究保护性约束在颅脑损伤躁动患者中的应用效果。方法将102例颅脑损伤躁动患者分为实验组和对照组,每组各61人,对实验组采用有循证医学依据的保护性约束护理措施,对对照组采用传统护理方式,对两组护理前后满意度评分、SAS评分、SDS评分进行对比,并比较两组不良事件发生情况。结果干预后,两组在满意度评分、SAS评分、SDS评分方面均优于干预前;实验组在满意度评分、SAS评分、SDS评分方面均优于对照组;实验组的不良事件发生率低于对照组。结论保护性约束有利于颅脑损伤躁动患者躁动症状缓解,并且能够减少不良事件的发生,从而提高患者满意度,值得推广。
Objective to study application effect of protective restraint on restless patients with brain injury.Methods divide 102 cases head injury patients with agitation into experimental group and control group,61 cases in each group.Experimental group was treated with evidence-based protective restraint nursing measures,while control group with traditional nursing methods.Compare satisfaction scores,SAS scores and SDS scores of two groups before and after nursing,and adverse events of two groups.Results after intervention,scores of satisfaction,SAS and SDS in two groups were better than before intervention;scores of satisfaction,SAS and SDS in experimental group were better than control group;adverse events incidence in experimental group was lower than control group.Conclusion protective restraint is beneficial to relief of restless symptoms in head injury patients with restlessness,can reduce occurrence of adverse events,improve satisfaction degree of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
