摘要
目的探讨护理工作人员的护患沟通能力的影响因素。方法于我院工作的各科室护理工作人员中选取64例护理工作人员作为研究对象,应用一般资料调查问卷和护理工作人员沟通能力自评评价问卷对其进行问卷调查。结果护理工作人员的护患沟通能力分数为(219.4±23.5)分;不同年龄、工龄及学历的护理工作人员的护患沟通能力相比存在明显差异(P<0.05);对护理工作人员的护患沟通能力产生影响的主要因素包括护理工作人员短缺、工作繁忙、缺乏护患沟通技巧、患者的期望水平过高等。结论护理工作人员应通过学习护患沟通方面相关专业知识,提高非语言沟通能力的方式,提高自身的护患沟通水平。
Objective to explore effecive factors of nurse patient communication ability of nursing staffs.Methods treat 64 nursing staffs of each department in our hospital as research objects,investigate them with general data questionnaire and self-evaluation questionnaire of communication ability.Results scores of nurse patient communication ability of nursing staff were(219.4±23.5);communication ability of nursing staff of different ages,working years and educational background showed significant difference(P<0.05);main factors influencing communication ability of nursing staff includes,nursing staff shortage,work load,lacking communication skills between nurses and patients,and too high expection of patients.Conclusion nursing staffs should learn related professional knowledge of nurse patient communication,and improve nonverbal communication ability.
